Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and goals.

  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings.

  • Create detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, and material selections.

  • Source and select furniture, fixtures, and decor items that align with the design concept.

  • Oversee project implementation, coordinating with contractors, craftsmen, and suppliers.

  • Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Stay updated on design trends, materials, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to each project.

  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the design process.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

  • [Optional] Certification from a recognized interior design association.
