Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client accounts. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Needs Assessment: Understand clients' needs and objectives, conducting in-depth assessments to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the benefits of our solutions and address client needs.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales reports using CRM software.
Qualifications
2 years of successful experience in sales, account management, or client consulting, preferably in Interior Design.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
