Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Site Management: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
Schedule Management: Develop project schedules and timelines, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize project performance.
Quality Assurance: Ensure construction work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Budget Management: Monitor project costs and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to control project expenditures.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
Problem Solving: Identify and address project-related challenges and issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
2 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
[Optional] Relevant certification in construction management.
